Parts inside a PC that you can Customize

In this blog post I will describe the different parts inside the computer (Not monitor or case) and in which way can you customize them.

Power supply - some people say that power supply is not important, but it actually is very important. Power supply is used to basically power everything up with electricity. The more graphic cards you have in your custom PC, and the more power-consuming your processor is, the more money you will need to spend on the power supply.

Processor - processor proceds all the things you do on your computer. The better processor youbuy, the better and faster your computer will work, but some processors overheat too much, and they require high cooling systems.

RAM - The more RAM you buy, the more things you could do at once at your PC. People who like to play at high quality, and record everything they do, while chatting on skype, with Google chrome open, like to buy lots of RAM. You can buy either 2,4,8,16,32 or 64 (which is just too much)

Video Card - Video Card is one of the most customizable parts of a PC. The better your Video Card is, the better graphics you can have in your gaming experience, and that's why so many people buy super expensive cards, but they forget to spent money on everything else, because the graphics card is not only the thing that is responsible for good game play. Having good motherboard and good processor is also very important, so don't spend 1000 $ on a graphics card on your 50$ PC, it will not change much.

Motherboard - motherboard is the main part of your computer, so you should think about this one the most. Chosing motherboard influences directly which components will you need to buy. The more expensive the motherboard, the better components should you buy, but any would work, it is just you did not spend your money well.

Hard Drive - With hard drive everything is easy. The more space you want, the bigger hard drive you buy, and if you want to data to load faster you can buy an SSD, which is a little bit more expensive. Don't overbuy memory if you are not gonna use it, it would be a waste of money. 1 or 2 TB is just enough, unless you plan downloading hundreds of movies and games.

CD-Rom  - There is not much customization you can do about the CD-Rom, but you can either choose between puting a normal one that comes installed in  all the basic PCs, or you can put a Blue ray one to watch movies in super high defenition (But personally, in the era of internet where you can download everything, I would not put a blu ray CD-Rom inside my computer)
I have learned a lot of things about different computer parts, and I hope you, my reader can learn some things as well. In the future I will do a better review on each of the things, and I will post on how to choose your monitor, mouse etc.

CHOOSING KEYBOARD

There are many different keyboards . Some cost 10 dollars, but some cam reach up to 200 dollars. So what makes them so expensive? Lets find out.

KEYBOARD
If you are reading this you probably use a QWERTY type of keyboard, however different countries use different layouts, as France uses AZERTY frequently, or Germany uses QWERTZ pretty often.
The best type of keyboard to choose is the mechanical type, because other keyboards like the wireless ones have much less functionality, and response time. Its better to buy the bigger type of keyboards with the number pad on the right, and as much more programmable buttons as possible (They are really useful in games, and building / painting programs, you can even buy a secondary keyboard only with programmable buttons)

Recommendations
some of the top 2014 gaming keyboard will be down here listed by highest-lowest price.
Logitech Orion Spark G910 180$
                               (ipod not included)

Corsair Vengeance K70 130$
Logitech G510s 120$

Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 112$

SteelSeries APEX 100$

Mad Catz S.T.R.I.K.E. 3 100$

G105 Logitech 60 $
In the end its your choice which keyboard should you buy. There a lots of different keyboards, but these are the only ones I find good.

PC TROLLS YOU SHOULD NEVER FALL FOR!!!

Each year there are millions of new PC users, some of them are young, and some of them are old, and lots of them fall for thes common trolls. First of all if you have been living under a cave and you don't know what a troll is, it's this guy:
Troll is basically someone who comments on other's people's works, and makes them feel angry after "Trolling" them, or basicaly making fun out of them. A lot of people get offended by trolls, but the majority finds them funny.
Here are the basic "trolls" that can hurt you on the internet...

#1 Delete System 32

This is a common troll people use to make someone destroy their computer. System 32 is a folder in your computer that has all of the windows dat, and tyour computer cannot work without it.
Usuall trolls will post something like this:
Never fall for this troll, its old, and a lot of people needed to call a computer expert afterfalling for this.
#2 Gold Membership Trolling
This Troll is basicly saying that to view an image you need to purchase a gold account. The troll looks very official, and it is famous in the photo sharing sites, like facebook and instagram.
The troll in real life would look something like that:
#3 Alt + F4 Trolling
This trolling makes people close their current program if they press Alt + F4. The people who usually fall for this troll are not familiar with the keyboard shortcuts. An example of a troll message would be something like that:
#4 Download more RAM
This famous misconseption leads people to download more RAM on their computer, which is tecchnially impossible, becasue RAM is a thing you need to install inside your computer manually into the motherboard.

#5 Check out this link
This is a troll that can lead people into watching stuff they never wanted to see in their lives. People can send you links saying that its a cat video, or something cute, but in reality it can be something disturbing. Never trust a person you first see in your life. Do not click their links unless you are 200% sure.
Good luck with all the other trolls there are out there.

How to Get Copyright-Free Music and Images

Personally, I hate citing all the images I get for my projects, and you probably hate it as well, but you will have no need to do so after you read this short post.
First lets explain you what Royalty free is. Royalty free means that the media you get can be used for your purposes without paying for the copyright, however there can be one-off payment to unlock the media you want. Even though you can use the image, you don't get the copyright for that image, which will remain with its author.
There are many ways of getting licences for the pictures, for example paying to the author, but there is even more methods to get the images for free.
check out this websites to get free copyright images:
Microsoft Office
...and there is tons more!
If you don't want to be scared of copyright just create your own content in Painting programs! Its easy, and you will have no need to worry. You can also use your camera if you want to get quality stuff, but sometimes you just need to draw it yourself in Photoshop. There also are websites which will give you images with their watermark, and if you want to remove the watermark you will need to pay; for example shutterstock.

There is also a way to get some copyright images by doing following steps in Google Search:
 1.  In Google Images go to Search tools

2.
In search tools select the images that are labeled for reuse with modification

Music

It gets more complicatedd with the music. One thing to remember is that just because you find music online that is royalty free, it doesn't necessarily mean that you are free to use it for commercial purposes. If you are going to monetize your videos on YouTube by running ads against them then you need to clear any content you use in your own videos or you will be making money off other people's work.

Using someone else's music, after paying them for a license, for popular songs  is extremely expensive and difficult to do. It may cost thousands of dollars, so stick up with unfamous begginung artist. It will be very cheap or free at all.

Creative Commons (CC) is a new system, built on current copyright law, that allows you to legally use “some rights reserved” music, all for free, almost free... You need to make sure that what you want to do with the music is OK under the terms of the particular Creative Commons license. CC-licensed music isn’t free for all uses, only some, so check before you use it. If you are talanted enough you can create your beats, but if you are not, or you don't have time, check out those websites:

 TIPS
Simply giving the credit to the artist is not enough.
Music that you have in PC, that you maybe bought from itunes etc., is not allowed. There is a difference between personal and proffesional use. The music you buy on itunes can cost 1$, but it is for you to listen, but buyng the license for professional use, where multiple people will hear it can cost 100x times more.
Educational videos don't get the music pass as well as normal videos.
Some remixes may not be allowed.

How to Setup a LAN Party

First of all you need to know what LAN is. LAN is translated as Local Area Network, which means that the computer network will interconnect in limited area such as a small house, school, or even an office. LAN is very useful for transmitting information very fast between many computers, which you will need to set up a good the gaming party.
In this tutorial I will explain on how to setup a LAN party from 5-8 people which is the most common size. If you are willing to setup a bigger party, the process will be very similar, but you will need to have much more space, and probably you will need to buy a server rack.
You will need:
-Lots of space(A garage, or maybe an empty room)
-Lots of energy(Computers consumpt a lot of electricity, and you will probably need lots of sockets)
-Router (THE MOST IMPORTANT)
-Network switch (If there is more than 4 people)
-Cat5e or Cat6 patch cables
-Tables and chairs
-MONEY :)

ROUTER
Router is the most important part in the LAN party, because if everyone connects by WiFi the speed is gonna be times slower than if you connect by router.
This is a good router for a LAN party, but if you are planning to have more than 4 people playing you should get a Network Switch
This is a network switch. Network switches come in many different sizes, but you will probably need about 4-8 ports, which is a fair amount. To connect the computers and the router you will need Cat5e or Cat6 cables.
The cable will look something like that. I recommend to chose a longer cable, because personally I use LAN cable on my PS4 and if it was only 5 cm longer, I could put it in the place I want to, but however I can´t.
One of the computers will act as a gaming server, but if you are planning to have a big LAN party, you should buy a server rack.

Setup your LAN party today and have no lag and 0 ping!!!
